An Invitation

For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, Romans 3: 23

For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 6: 23

But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 6: 23

For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved. Romans 10: 9-10

Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved Romans 10: 13

For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8: 38-39

Dear friend I care about what happens to you now, but I care even more about where you will spend eternity.
It you have never asked Jesus Christ to he your Saviour, please consider inviting Him into your life now.
Many years ago as a wild unruly teenage boy living in the slums of London, one evening in a darkened movie house after a Gospel film, I prayed a simple prayer that went something like this:

Dear]esus.
I believe you are the Son of God and that you gave your life as a payment for my sins and for all of mankind.
I believe you rose from the dead and you are alive today in heaven preparing a place for those who trust in you.
I have not lived my life in a way that honours you.
Please forgive me for my sins and come into my life as my Saviour, Lord and Friend. Help me from this day forward to grow in knowledge and obedience to you.
1 thanks you for forgiving me. I thank you for coming into my life right now.
Thank you for giving me eternal life. Amen.

My life changed from that moment on and Christ has been with me ever since, for over fifty years. If you have sincerely asked Jesus Christ to be your Saviour, He will never leave you or forsake you. Nothing—absolutely nothing—will be able to separate you from His love.
